Question.....

Okay, this is for all the foodies out there in cyberspace. What is the difference between frosting and icing? Is there any difference? I suppose I can go to Mr. Webster and check but I'd rather hear what YOU have to say!!

Okay I wanted to look this up but instead thought about it first. I think its all about viscosity. Frosting is thick in consistency and has a higher viscosity whereas icing is thin and runny and has a lower viscosity. But I think really to most people, especially non bakers, its just the best part of the treat.:-)

sorry i haven't been able too get on my computer for a while. Thank you for you kind words about my artwork, yes the soccer situation did work out and we have enough players... so that means i'm going to be captain!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited. Oh, and i signed up for the july cake decorating classes. It was such a deal. It only cost about $8 and i get the wilton yearbook for free! But i still have to buy the kit.
