On the 7th (Nov) I started to write a post about creme fraiche but hadn't been able to finish it. I had hopes of posting a photo (didn't work out) so I waited a little longer before publishing it. Well, blogger won't let me change the post date. So NOW instead of appearing as my most recent post it's as if it was posted on the 7th. Here's my question....anyway to fix that? Juliaaaaaaa? Ya listening? Ha-ha!

What I do is I publish it, then go back to the dashboard and edit it. Then it'll let you change the post date. Try that.
