In keeping with my current theme of fast and easy here's another "recipe" that falls right into that category!
I saw this over at Our Best Bites about a month ago and have made it several times.
It's more a method than a recipe.
- Cookies dough (any flavor, homemade or store bought)
- Ice cream (any flavor, homemade or store bought)
- hot fudge or chocolate sauce (homemade or store bought)
- caramel or butterscotch sauce (homemade or store bought)
- toasted nuts, sprinkles or chocolate chips
- whipped cream
Preheat oven to 350. Fill ramekins about 1/2 full of cookie dough. Bake in preheated oven for about 12-14 minutes or until golden around the edges but still soft in the middle.Remove from oven and allow to cool about 5 minutes. Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces.
Each time I've made these I only made a few and went with chocolate chip cookie dough and vanilla ice cream. I did add caramel and chocolate sauce to Jalen's but left everyone else's plain. This is one of those rare desserts where you CAN make everyone happy.
Good news, the boys baseball team came out on top this weekend. They won USSSA's 13:U Battle of the Bats tournament! The whole team did battled all weekend long as three out of four games went down to the wire! Go sting!
Please remember in order to enter my giveaway you need to answer this question.

One of my favorite desserts!
To answer your pizza dough question, we use our KA mixer, we don't mix it very long though. You really don't have to do much with the ABin5 dough. It really is amazing and the pizza crust is SO good! Let me know if you try it!
My sister has made chocolate cake in a mug, but I've never even though about cookie dough! I'm sending her over here!
Oh my lord! That looks sinful!! :)
The restaurant that serves the original pizookies was by my college, so I went there all the time. Glad to know I can make them at home too!
What a delicious treat! It breathes new life into plain old ice cream. Congrats for winning the baseball tournament! Yay!
how do you always come up with such delicious and incredible ideas? and the name is so creative!
What a funny name! :) I don't think I could say that out loud and not laugh. It looks yummy though!
Congrats on the baseball tournament! I like hearing the updates.
CONGRATS to the boys baseball team!!
These look delish, but..... What the heck does pizzookie mean???? Lol ;D
mmmmmmmmm
I want to climb in between the cookie and the ice cream and take a nap. Then, after my nap, I'll eat my way out of bed. And then take another nap.
Method, recipe, whatever. Bottom line: this looks AMAZING. I'm totally loving it. I wish I could have a cookie-filled ramekin topped with melty ice cream right this second!
PS, I have an award for you on my blog!
Ingrid, OMG the Pizzcookies look too good!
The spring rolls that I blogged about you wouldn't believe there is 4 in package and each serving is 2 rolls at only 120 calories! Hello naturally I ate 4 of it and it filling too! Its my favoritee
Ooh great idea! And so easy too, I don't think anyone could ever argue with that! :)
They're really cute! (And I'm back!)
I'm so drooling now... Yum!
I made these a few days ago, and they are addictive, especially since they are so easy to make. They are over-the-top delicious, and I only made the cookie dough and ice cream.
Cool recipe. Who could hate a cookie-ice cream team-up anyway? Plus it sounds really easy to make. Thanks for sharing this!
