In my excitement of posting my first pictures I forgot to mention that I'm moving on to Wilton's Course II. I'll be making flowers galore and working (mostly) with royal icing. Keep your fingers crossed as I believe Wendy (my cohort in cake decorating) and I are going to stick it out with our present instructor.

I just wanted to say that I just found your blog and am happy I did! Thank you for adding me to your blogroll. I am glad you like my recipes. It is my intention to keep them simple yet tastey and am glad your daughter is able to make some of them on her own!! I love baking with kids!
